Washington: President Joe Biden has appointed 14 people, including 2 Indian-Americans, Revathi Advaidi and Manish Pabna, as members of the US Trade Policy and Negotiations Advisory Council.
They will have expertise in various fields including general trade, investment, labor, industry, agriculture, small business, and services. They will advise the trade delegation in this regard.

The new addition to the group is Revathi Advaidi, who is currently serving as the CEO of Plex, the world’s 3rd largest electronics manufacturing company. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Pitts Pilani, India.
Another Indian, Manish Pabna, is now president and CEO of the Natural Resources Defense Council, an international environmental advocacy group.
