CBCID police are investigating the case of Anbu Jyoti Ashram in Kundalappuliyur, Villupuram district. In this case, a team led by Anand, a member of the National Child Welfare Commission, came to Villupuram district yesterday regarding the presence of a 3-year-old child in the Anbu Jyoti Ashram. Along with them Villupuram District Collector Palani and Vikravandi Tahsildar conducted an inspection at Anbu Jyoti Ashram. Later, Anand personally met and questioned those who were rescued from this ashram and were being treated at the Mundyambakkam Government Hospital.

After the investigation, in the presence of National Child Welfare Commission Member Anand and Collector Palani, who returned to the Kundalapuliyur Ashram, two rooms in the Anbujothi Ashram were sealed.
