“Ensure safety of students” – Minister Anbil Mages instructs officials

Chennai: Minister Anbil Mahes has directed the school education department officials to ensure the safety of students.

A class 10 student died after being attacked by fellow students in a government school near Trichy. In this regard, Minister of School Education Anbil Mahes said in a statement, “I am deeply saddened and pained to learn that a student named Mauleeswaran from Tolurpatti, who was studying in the 10th standard at Government Higher Secondary School, Balasamuthram, near Thaniyam, Trichy district, died yesterday morning in an unexpected incident among students in the school premises.
