Shooting at mall in Texas: 9 dead, including child

Texas: 9 people, including a child, were killed in a shooting incident at a shopping mall in Texas, USA. 7 people were injured. The police also shot down the suspect involved in the shooting.

Texas Police Chief Brian Harvey told reporters about the incident, “There is a shopping mall called Allen Premium Outlets in Allen, Texas. Suddenly, a mysterious person opened fire. Nine people, including a child, were killed. Seven people were hospitalized with injuries. The mysterious person was also killed,” he said. Hospital sources said that among the injured were persons aged between 5 and 61 years.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott said of the incident, “The tragedy is beyond words. We are ready to provide all assistance to local police.”
