Chennai: Runs 50 special trains for summer season Southern Railway.
Railways runs 6,369 trips in 380 special trains for the convenience of rail passengers during summer season. Compared to the total summer special trains run in 2022 (4599 trips and 348 trains), the Railways is running 1770 more trips this year.

According to this, special between cities including Patna – Secunderabad, Patna – Yesvantpur, Parauni – Muzaffarpur, Delhi – Patna, New Delhi – Katra, Chandigarh – Gorakhpur, Anand Vihar – Patna, Visakhapatnam – Puri – Howrah, Mumbai – Patna, Mumbai – Gorakhpur. Trains will be operated.
244 journeys will be operated by 50 special trains in Southern Railway. According to this, trains will be operated to connect the cities of Tambaram – Nellai, Tambaram – Sengottai, Egmore – Kanyakumari, Egmore – Nagercoil, Egmore – Velanganni, Thiruvananthapuram – Mangalore.
