“Sunny Leone is being harassed unnecessarily!”- Kerala court wants to quash the case

Famous actress Sunny Leone paid 20 lakh rupees to participate in an event in Kerala in 2019. But he did not participate in the program as he said. The show organizer had filed a case in the Kerala High Court against Sunny Leone, her husband Daniel Weber and the employee for not returning the money.

In this case, they did nothing wrong. Sunny Leone’s side had also filed a petition in the High Court stating that there was no loss to the event organizer due to them. Following this, the court stayed the criminal proceedings against them in November last year.

Now the Kerala High Court, which has taken up the case again, has said that it wants to quash the criminal proceedings against Sunny Leone, her husband Daniel Weber and the employee.

“What criminal offense is involved in this case?” Questioning that, the court also said that Sunny Leone is being harassed unnecessarily. Later, the case was again adjourned to March 31.
