Ilayaraja – Vijay, Yuvan – Ajith alliance and some interesting things!

AGS has announced that Venkat Prabhu will direct ‘Vijay 68’. The film is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Before this, Yuvan had composed the music for Vijay starrer ‘Puthiya Geetha’ released in 2003. However, the film did not register the expected success. At the same time, the songs like ‘Mercury Poove’, ‘Vasiyakari’ and ‘Annamala Thambi Inge Aaada Vandenta’ which appeared in the film were songs known to Vijay’s ardent fans but there is a widespread complaint that they did not reach the common fans. In the same year, the movie ‘Kadal Konden’ released in music by Yuvan was a huge musical hit.
