All three students have moved to Utah Valley. Unexpectedly they are trapped there. Two of them have suffered due to low temperature. As there is no mobile network connection at the place where they are trapped, they are unable to contact the outside world for help.
One of those students was using an iPhone 14. The phone can use satellite to make SOS calls for emergency help when there is no mobile network or Wi-Fi coverage. Using the feature, the student sent a text message to the US ‘911’ number for help.

Based on that, the rescue team rushed to the spot in a helicopter and took care of the students. Many people have said that this incident is a way to convey the necessity of technology in human life.
