I originally built a time tracking app, but then I found that what I cared about were the relationships between the things I track. So I made this app where you just track (once a day) the things you did that day.
For example, I’ve found that shutting keeping my phone turned off before 2PM has a high correlation with going to the gym after work. How though? I found that since my phone is off I tend to go out for lunch and grab something healthy which I think leads to a better mood and more energy in the afternoons.
Next step is to track the type of lunch I have (home-cooked, outside junk, outside healthy, Soylent, etc.).
