Before that you need to register with DigiLocker https://www.digilocker.gov.in/ You can easily open your account on the website. All you have to do is enter your name, date of birth, aadhaar number, phone number, mail id and six digit pin of your choice. Your DigiLocker account is ready.

How to get on WhatsApp?

First on your phone +91 9013151515 Register the number. This is the DigiLocker WhatsApp Service Number.

Then message ‘hi’ to DigiLocker help chat box on WhatsApp. You will then be prompted with a welcome message and service choices.

in it DigiLocker service Select ‘Already have a DigiLocker account?’ will ask. After selecting yes, it will ask you to register your 12-digit Aadhaar number.

After registration an OTP will be sent to the phone number linked with Aadhaar number. Entering it will start the WhatsApp service for your DigiLocker.

After that all the documents you have stored in DigiLocker will be sorted. If you specify the required, it will be sent to your WhatsApp as a pdf file in seconds. You can download it and use it.
