Delhi: Bill Gates has said that India will become the world’s cheapest 5G market. He said this at an event related to G20 held in the capital Delhi. It is noteworthy that now he has traveled to India.
Bill Gates is an American. One of the founders of Microsoft. The 67-year-old was the top richest person in the world from 1995 to 2017. He lost the top spot from 2010 to 2013. Because of that he is an influential person known all over the world. He is now ranked sixth in the list of the world’s richest people.

“India has the best digital network. This is a wonderful thing. The percentage of smartphone users is high here. The internet connection here is great. It is also available at a cheap price. I assume the same will continue with 5G services as well. “I have no doubt that India will become the world’s cheapest 5G market,” he said.
5G in India: 5G service was launched in India in October last year. In India, Airtel and Jio Telecom have launched 5G services in selected cities. It is reported that Jio is providing 5G services in about 200 cities.
