Oppo’s Reno 9 series debuts with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and Android 13.

Oppo has recently launched its next generation Reno series in China. The series includes 3 models including Reno 9, Reno 9 Pro and Reno 9 Pro+. The Reno 9 series smartphones run on Android 13.

Among these 3 mobile models, the top-spec Reno 9 Pro+ is powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, while the other 2 models are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor. The Reno 9 Pro mobile is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max processor. Launched in China, there is no official information yet on when the series will be launched in India.

Oppo Reno 9 Series Mobiles Price Details:

– The Reno 9 smartphone comes with 12GB RAM and an internal storage option of up to 512GB. This model is priced at RMB 2,499 (roughly Rs. 28,500 in India) in China.

– The 16GB + 256GB variant of the Reno 9 Pro is priced at RMB 3,499 (roughly Rs. 39,800 in India).

– The 16GB RAM variant of the Reno 9 Pro+ is priced at RMB 3,999 (roughly Rs. 45,600 in Indian currency).

Oppo Reno 9 Series Features:

Oppo has given a 6.7-inch display in all its 3 mobile models Reno 9, 9 Pro and 9 Pro+. But these mobiles are provided with AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, OLED display with Full HD+ quality and OLED panel with Full HD+ quality respectively. Under-display fingerprint scanner is provided in these mobiles.

The Reno 9 Mobile uses a Snapdragon 778G chipset with 12GB of RAM, the Reno 9 Pro uses a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max chipset with 16GB of RAM, and the Reno 9 Pro+ uses a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset with 16GB of RAM. In terms of cameras, the Oppo Reno 9 mobile has 2 cameras on the back, a 64-megapixel + 2-megapixel sensor. The phone has a 32-megapixel camera on the front. The mobile packs a 4,500mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.

The Reno 9 Pro has 2 cameras on the back, a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor. The front has a 32-megapixel snapper with autofocus support for selfies. The Reno 9 Pro, the top spec model in this series, has 3 cameras on the back, namely a 50-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. It has a 4,700mAh battery with 80W fast charging.
