India Bhutan Federation:
In 2019, an agreement was signed between India and Bhutan for the development of space science. Accordingly, India has helped Bhutan to set up and operate ground stations. In addition, they were taught how to make satellites at the Indian Space Research Institute in Bengaluru and with the help of India, 2 small satellites were built.
