According to this new feature WhatsApp users can now link their WhatsApp account with four devices. Meta Company also promises that their chats are synced, encrypted and protected.
The important thing to note here is that even if the user’s mobile is offline, they can use WhatsApp on other devices.

Open WhatsApp on your primary device linked to your mobile number. Go to Settings and select Linked Devices. Click Link a New Device. Then follow the instructions shown on the display. To connect a second device on a Windows desktop, open web.whatsapp.com in your browser.
Scan the QR code on the web page with your second device. Wait for your device to sync. Your chats will appear on the second device. Repeat the same process on another device to connect additional devices.
This way you can use the same WhatsApp account on 4 devices. Connected devices remain connected to your WhatsApp account as long as they are connected to the Internet. You can unlink a device at any time by exiting the WhatsApp app.
